TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Product Images

All Images showing on our website for products are the latest images for these products at the time of listing the item. We try as much as we can to update product images when/if notified by manufacturers. But in many occasions, manufacturers change the packaging of products without notifying us & therefore some products images may not be up to date or/& may not be reflective of the current packaging design.

Therefore, all Pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement, packaging changes, new formulations, new packaging design, new manufacturer offers or/& upgrades done by manufacturer.

Please refer to manufacturers’ websites for the current/up to date product images. We cannot guarantee that the product you will buy will look exactly the same as the image showing.

2. Returns

A.)      Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

B.)      A return can only be accepted if there is a fault or damage or/& a problem with the purchased item. If the item is perfectly fine & the buyer decided to return item with no fault of Tassway &/or no damage or/& fault of the item, then customer agrees to pay the following:

  • 20% restocking fee
  • Shipping Cost for initial delivery from Tassway to customer
  • Shipping Cost for Tassway to pick up the item from customer

C.)      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & in a re-sell condition.

D.)     We cannot accept part or half unit returns (example: half carton, half pack, etc..) we only accept the product in the complete same unit it was sold at the first place on original invoice.

E.)      Packaging of the item as set by the manufacturer and as the product was manufactured in as shown on our website (refer to point 1 – Images). Expecting particular older/newer or exact packaging of any product is NOT a basis for a return of the product. No return will be accepted for the basis of requiring exact packaging. Customer can contact us to get the current packaging that we have before purchasing any item if packaging is important.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 3.   Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds:

  • For Credit Card refunds, almost all banks take 3 – 10 working days to process any refund & for card hold to see funds in their account.
  • If after 3 – 5 working days you haven’t received a refund yet then please check your bank
  • If have contacted your bank still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@tassway.com.au or 1300 230 868 and we’ll check from our side if any issues.

 

COVID Update:

While Tassway is expressing the utmost effort in updating our website with real time information about pricing & availability of stocks, during these trying times we may have products showing on our website as AVAILABLE AND IN STOCK while we may have ran out of stock during the increased demand from COVID panic buy.

Tassway team will always work as fast as possible during this difficult time to ensure the accuracy of prices & availability of products. if Customer places and order and if for any reason item is no longer in stock or/and price has changed from the advertised price, Tassway will contact the customers via Phone or email before dispatch of products & offer alternative products (in case item is no longer in stock) & offer the new price (inc case price has changed)and in case customer refuses any alternative product or/and the new price then customer has the full right to cancel their order & receive a full refund (if order was paid already).
